Cat Eyeliner – Gothic
Cat eyeliner is one of the most popular types of make up wears by everyday gals. Today, I will tell you how to put a gothic spin on it. You will need: primer, neutral eye shadow, brown eye shadow, flat liner brush, blender brush, liquid eyeliner, foundation, and mascara. Of course, prep your eyes with a primer and your neutral color eye shadow. Next, apply a brown eye shadow in your crease.
Start short dashes of your eyeliner a little bit away from your inner corner. Don’t try to make the cat wing yet, focus on making your eyeliner as you wish (make it DRAMATIC! Very large, thick, dark). Once you have your eyeliner looking as thick as you want, it is time to start the cat eye wing. Use the outer corner of your bottom lid as a guide for where the defining bottom line should be.
Draw the line very long to make it more sharp and popping. Now, from the tip of the line you just drew, complete the “triangle” to the eyeliner that you did before the wing. Then fill in the triangle with your eyeliner. Now apply eyeliner to your inner lid on the bottom and top to make no gaps with the eyeliner. Use your foundation to sharpen any dull line in your cat wing and to make it pop. Tah-dah! Dark, very eye catching cat eye. Apply 2 or 3 coats of your favorite mascara, and for a bonus, add false eyelashes.
